For one day, the parc des expositions de Brignoles was the beating heart of employment in Centre Var. In a context where the labor market is constantly changing, this type of local initiative is more essential than ever. Organized with the help of institutional partners and local actors, the event created an effective synergy between recruiting companies and people looking for professional opportunities.

POPULAR SUCCESS

Une fréquentation en forte hausse au Forum du Centre Var

The first indicator of this success is attendance, described by the organizers as "significantly higher" compared to the previous edition. From the opening of the doors, a continuous stream of visitors walked the aisles, CV in hand, to meet recruiters. Young graduates, employees seeking career changes, or experienced job seekers benefited from privileged contact, far from digitized recruitment processes. A return to personal contact appreciated at a time when digital dominates, but can also create distance. This high turnout reflects the relevance of such a format, which puts human exchange back at the center of the process and responds to a concrete need of the local population. One of the major assets of this forum lay in the great diversity of exhibitors. Alongside private companies from multiple business sectors, offering a wide range of contracts (CDI, CDD, work-study programs, or temporary missions), training organizations were present to provide information on courses and skills development schemes. This offer was complemented by a notable presence of State bodies, who came to present their numerous careers. Thus, the police and gendarmerie nationales and the Centre d'Information et de Recrutement des Forces Armées (CIRFA) detailed the access routes to professions that combine public service and career development prospects, attracting a public curious about these stable and meaningful career opportunities.

LOCAL EMPLOYMENT

Beyond its quantitative success, the event was marked by a collective dynamic. From institutions to local SMEs, everyone mobilized to build bridges, facilitate hiring, and support the territory's inhabitants toward sustainable employment. By acting as a catalyst, the Forum de l'Emploi contributed to strengthening the economic attractiveness of Centre Var, proving that concerted action is the best lever for employment. A great success for the organizers, who are already looking forward to a next edition that will be just as ambitious.
