The aim of this morning training session was to introduce life-saving techniques: reacting effectively to cardiac arrest, choking, hemorrhaging, or burns, and knowing how to identify the signs of a stroke. Led by a trainer from Mutualité française, this free workshop, open to everyone, offered a rich program aimed at saving lives while waiting for emergency services to arrive.
