A first establishment for Promogim
After opening its showroom in Fréjus, Groupe Promogim confirms its regional roots with the delivery of the "Cœur Village" residence in Solliès-Pont.

This delivery comes against a backdrop of persistent tension in the housing supply in Var, where new build production remains insufficient to meet the territory's needs. At the end of May 2025, year-on-year, 4,330 housing starts were recorded, representing a 15.8% drop. And 72% of Var residents are asking their municipalities for more housing available for purchase or rent*.
"With these programs, we illustrate our ability to adapt to territories, by prioritizing architecture that respects landscapes and local identities. In Solliès-Pont as in Fréjus, we wanted to fit into the Provençal tradition, through warm colors and Mediterranean vegetation. More than just housing production, we support municipalities in their development, while preserving their heritage," explains Pierre Abrial, Var agency director, Promogim.

Located at 14 rue de la Serre, the "Cœur Village" residence is Groupe Promogim's first in Solliès-Pont. Situated in the heart of the village and close to the Château, which is listed in the inventory of historical monuments, the project takes place in an environment subject to strict regulatory requirements. To meet heritage constraints, Groupe Promogim entrusted the design of the residence to Guy Arnoux, a heritage architect and resident of the municipality.
He designed two buildings that preserve the codes of Provençal architecture. The facades feature the traditional tones of the area, sand and ochre, as well as columns, molded spandrels, louvered shutters, and bull's-eye windows.
"Cœur Village" offers 49 open-market apartments - 19 T2, 27 T3 and 3 T4 - as well as 30 social housing units managed by 1001 Vies Habitat. To date, a few properties remain available for sale.
The complex is completed by 114 parking spaces.
