Recently, the operation at La Garonne was a great success. Organized by the Aquabulles diving club, in partnership with the Ville, the kayak club and the "Un Aquarium pour La Garonne" association, the civic morning fulfilled all its promises.
A mobilization between land and sea
Mobilized between land and sea, volunteers and enthusiasts worked together to preserve local biodiversity. Action took place on the sand as well as in the water, thanks to a initiative accessible to all.
While volunteers on land scoured the shore, several participants submerged themselves along the underwater trail. They were equipped with fins, masks and snorkels provided by Aquabulles.
A positive result for the environment
This synergy between local actors and the general public helped remove a significant amount of plastic and various debris, preventing their degradation in the aquatic environment to the detriment of marine life.
