Summer season, a collective mobilization at the service of security
The mayor Hervé Stassinos gathered security and rescue actors in anticipation of the summer season and its increased attendance.

Before the summer, marked by increased attendance of the territory and enhanced activity on the coastline, the mayor Hervé Stassinos invited security and rescue actors to a time of exchange and conviviality.
All partners gathered
This meeting brought together all the partners committed to the protection of the population and the environment: the Service Départemental d’Incendie et de Secours (SDIS), the Police nationale, the Police municipale, the Comité Communal Feux de Forêt (CCFF), the Sauveteurs en mer as well as the Conservatoire du Littoral.
All play an essential role in risk prevention and emergency management throughout the summer.
A particularly demanding period
On this occasion, Hervé Stassinos wished to pay tribute to the daily commitment of these professionals and volunteers who watch over the safety of everyone.
He recalled that the summer season is a particularly demanding period, marked by the increase in population, episodes of high heat, risks of forest fires or incidents related to nautical activities.
Coordination, a determining factor
The mayor also stressed the importance of cooperation between the different services. According to him, the quality of coordination between institutional, associative and operational actors is a determining factor in ensuring public tranquility and guaranteeing effective interventions when necessary.
An appeal to everyone's responsibility
The Municipality also calls on everyone to adopt responsible and solidary behavior in order to preserve the safety of all and to allow residents and visitors alike to fully enjoy the wealth of the coastline in the best conditions.
