A CCAS accessible to all residents
After its Open House, the Le Pradet CCAS launches a public consultation to adapt its services to residents' needs.

The Centre Communal d’Action Sociale (CCAS) saw a high turnout during its Open House held on October 8. The event brought together more than 35 institutional and local partners, confirming its role as a hub for social action in the area.
This day allowed many residents of Le Pradet to discover the range of local services available, obtain practical advice, and gain a better understanding of rights access mechanisms. More than a simple showcase, this meeting was above all an opportunity to strengthen ties between professionals and local social actors.
A CCAS closer to citizens
Building on this momentum, the Municipality launched a large anonymous citizen consultation. Conducted as part of the municipality's Social Needs Analysis (Analyse des Besoins Sociaux - ABS), this approach aims to redefine the CCAS roadmap based on user feedback.

For Magali Vincent, deputy mayor in charge of Social Action, it is crucial to dust off the institution's image: “Too often perceived as a service reserved for people in great difficulty, the CCAS is intended to support all residents, regardless of their age or situation. We want a CCAS that is accessible to everyone. For that, we need to know what residents know about our services, what they expect from them, and what sometimes prevents them from using them.”
How to give your opinion?
The questionnaire, designed to be completed in five minutes, focuses on four main themes: knowledge of existing schemes, practical expectations of the population, potential obstacles to accessing rights, and the general perception of the CCAS.
Residents can participate until January 31, 2027: Online, via a Framaforms form or directly on the town's website (www.le-pradet.fr). In paper version, available at the CCAS reception desk as well as at the Town Hall.
Completed forms can be sent by email to ccas@le-pradet.fr or dropped off in the ballot boxes provided for this purpose.
Next steps of the consultation
The results of this survey will feed into the strategic discussions of the CCAS Board of Directors. A summary of the conclusions will be published before the end of 2027, ensuring transparency on the future directions of the municipality's social action.
