A summer between traditions and modernity
The Ville de Toulon has presented its 2026 summer programme, rich in concerts, exhibitions and popular events.

The summer of 2026 promises to be rich and lively in Toulon. The "Votre été toulonnais" programme is set to satisfy both residents and the many visitors expected in the capital of Var.
Unmissable popular events
The programming revolves around major highlights that pace life in Toulon every year, with the celebrations of 14-Juillet, the spectacular aerial show of 15-Août and the traditional Nuit des pêcheurs.
These flagship events, awaited by a large audience, anchor the season in a local heritage while opening up to a demanding and contemporary cultural offering.
Art, design and anniversaries
For art and design lovers, museums and media libraries are offering prominent exhibitions, featuring works by internationally renowned photographers Man Ray and Martin Parr.
Summer is also marked by a double anniversary: the 10th anniversary of the Design Parade, dedicated to interior architecture, and the 10th anniversary of the Toulon Forever competition, which celebrates local creativity.
SOIREES TOULONNAISES
For its 36th edition, from July 26 to August 8, the Jazz à Toulon festival continues to make the city vibrate with the formula that made it successful: free and itinerant concerts, at aperitif time and then in the evening around 9:30 p.m. Last year, more than 50,000 spectators took over the squares of Toulon. This year, 20 concerts over 10 days pace the end of July and the beginning of August.
In an eclectic genre, the festival Le Son by Toulon (until July 25) returns for a third edition on the forecourt of the Zénith, confirming its place as a major event for contemporary music lovers. This programming aims to make Toulon a city "multiple, tour à tour moderne et attachée à ses traditions, dansante et riante, solaire et sportive".
Finally, after a highly anticipated tour in the spring of 2026, Damso returns to the stages of the largest festivals in summer. Still driven by a rare intensity and a meticulous staging, he promises a powerful show, matching the expectation and energy of his audience.
