Better quality of service for Urssaf Paca
Urssaf Paca inaugurated its new Toulon site to enhance service quality for users and well-being for its staff.

Urssaf Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur inaugurated its new premises located at 67 rue Saunier, in the heart of Toulon, on October 7. The event took place in the presence of personalities such as Josée Massi, Mayor of Toulon, and Franck Barbe, Regional Director of Urssaf Paca.
This inauguration marks the culmination of a strategic project launched in 2019, designed to modernize public reception and offer an optimized working environment for the teams.
A strategic location
The choice of this location reflects the organization's desire to maintain a strong local presence. Ideally situated near the train station and main public transport routes, the site facilitates access for users, who are welcomed into more functional and modernized spaces.

For Urssaf employees, this move represents a significant step forward. The office layout was designed to adapt to changing work methods and improve daily comfort.
A collaborative approach
This real estate project is distinguished by its collaborative approach. Employees were involved throughout the process, from defining needs to choosing layouts, in a co-design approach.
This method aligns with Urssaf's quality of life at work policy and the principles of the OSMOZ label, which promotes social connection and the balance between professional and personal life.
An environmental commitment
True to its societal commitments, Urssaf Paca has emphasized environmental performance. The premises meet high energy standards, aiming to control operating costs and limit the carbon footprint.
An OSMOZ certification process has also been initiated, targeting completion by February 2027, to certify the building's performance regarding energy and biodiversity.
This new site in the heart of Toulon reflects our desire to evolve our local presence to better meet the expectations of our users and the needs of our staff. This project is the result of collective effort, and we are happy to open this new chapter for Urssaf Paca at this site.
