This event, now well anchored in the calendar of the Farlédois and residents of the surrounding towns, celebrated gastronomy, local wines, and short supply chains. Organized twice a year (in spring and autumn), this highlight of local life brought together winemakers, artisans, merchants, and producers for a convivial evening. LOCAL PRODUCTION IN THE SPOTLIGHT Conviviality, authenticity, and gourmet delights were on the agenda for this spring edition, with a tasting of wines from local estates, and a varied culinary offering (charcuterie, rotisserie, oysters, tapenades, Thai specialties, Corses products, cade).

And also, a discovery of artisanal sweet treats (pastries, honey, jams). Also on the program, meeting many food professionals and artisans committed to local and quality production.

For his part, sommelier Christian Scalisi, who is also an oenology trainer in La Farlède, allowed visitors to explore their wine tastes through an educational and fun approach. Finally, on the occasion of this 7th edition, the Ville honored the participants of the nature photo contest, who were invited to capture images highlighting the fauna, flora, landscapes, or eco-responsible actions in the communal territory. The best photos were presented to the public during the evening.

Entre vignes et Coudon also pursued its commitment to short supply chains and highlighting the work of local producers. More than just a gourmet gathering, it was a showcase and a tribute to a territory and to those who bring it to life every day.
