For this unmissable start-of-season event (which has been running for almost twenty years), Promocash had cooked up a warm and festive program that was particularly appreciated by the guests. Moreover, they did not hesitate to share their satisfaction by sending numerous text messages to the two owners of the Var brand, the leading Promocash franchise in France by turnover. "This evening, during which we gathered our clients (including Éric and Fanchon Blanc, the owners of La Cigale in La Londe-les-Maures and the Brasserie du Port in Bormesles-Mimosas) and our partners from the wine industry, was a great success," says a delighted Christophe Gruel. He adds: "Our idea was to showcase local production and notably the estates of Côtes de Provence, but also the Tamaris shellfish of Jean-Christophe Guiol." This event was also marked by the presence of Yves Palmiéri, mayor of La Farlède: "He is a mayor who listens to the entrepreneurs in his municipality and who, in all circumstances, demonstrates a friendly, pragmatic, and always simple approach," confies an impressed Christophe Gruel. In the current economic context, the initiative of the Promocash directors contributes to breathing real dynamism into the local economy. "Indeed, Promocash is the only brand in its sector to have organized an event of such a scale. This has earned us many thanks from our clients and partners." Among the guests, we noted the presence of Pascal Barandoni, chef and caterer dedicated to events, Clément Dupond, pastry chef in Toulon (he is particularly famous for Le Toulong, Toulon's sweet emblem), Éric Carini, teacher of sommellerie and bar service at the vocational high school Anne-Sophie Pix. On the occasion of this evening, the teacher set up a major educational project with his students, the wine industry, and Promocash. As for the wine producers, many estates were present (Domaine de Favanquet, Domaine de Figuière, Domaine de l'Aumérade, and Domaine de Perceides) as well as the Cave des Vignerons du Luc and the Cave des Vignerons de La Londe-les-Maures (with Eric Dusfourd, director and deputy mayor in charge of tourism).
